Is there a free trial?
No time-limited trial: you create your store and prepare your catalog without paying. Sales open after the first payment.
How do I pay my subscription?
From “My plan” in your space, with the payment methods of your country (Wave, Orange Money…). Once the payment is confirmed, your invoice appears right away.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Write to us from your space or on WhatsApp: we adjust your plan and tell you the new amount.
What if I don’t pay on time?
A reminder is sent before the due date. Without payment, the space is suspended on the due date; your data is kept and everything resumes once you pay.
